Bike Box Rental Options

Our bike boxes are TSA approved and count towards your luggage allowance on most major airlines.

Weekend Rentals

Weekend rentals include a bike box from Friday through Monday. Rentals start at $50.00 with additional days available.

Weekly Rentals

Weekly rentals include a bike for any 7 day period. Rentals start at $100 with additional days available.

Long Term Rentals

Long term rentals are available at a discount. Whether you are traveling for two weeks, or six months, we have you covered!

Your Questions, Answered

Send us a message above with the dates you are looking to rent for, what kind of bike you have and anything else you want to tell us. We’ll be in touch with availability, answers to your questions and an estimated cost. If would like to move forward, you’ll receive an official rental request form and a waiver to sign. When we have that back, you will receive an invoice to accept and pay. That’s it!

How does booking work ?

We have a set place to pick-up and drop off your case and will work with you to find a time that fits with your schedule.

What bike boxes do you have ?

Our most popular bike box is the Alan Triathlon Aero Easyfit. There is no complex disassembly required, it is TSA approved and it works for most bikes. We also have other hard and soft cases available made by Serfas, Pro Bike Case & Scicon.

What if I need to cancel ?

We understand that life happens. We offer full refunds on all rentals that are cancelled at least 21 days prior to your rental start date. If the cancellation is within 21 days of your rental start date, rentals are non-refundable, however, you will receive a 25% off coupon to use on a future rental.

Can you help me pack my bike ?

Due to liability, we are unable to assist with the actual bike packing. We can tell and show you how it’s recommended you pack your bike at no cost. We can also send video resources and can recommended area shops who can assist.
